Exeter & East Devon

Branch Cider POTY 2024

About the Award

The National Cider & Perry Pub of the Year recognises the best pub or club that promotes and encourages the sale of quality real cider and perry across the country. There are four stages to the competition starting with each CAMRA branch voting for their own CPOTY in March; through to regional rounds and the national winner being announced in October.

Exeter & East Devon CAMRA CPOTY 2024

In 2024 the following pubs were nominated for
Exeter and East Devon branch CPOTY:
The Country House Inn, Exmouth
The Lamb Inn, Sandford
The New Inn, Coleford
The Old Fire House, Exeter
The Tom Cobley Tavern, Spreyton

The final result was:

1st: The Tom Cobley Tavern, Spreyton

2nd: The Old Fire House, Exeter

3rd: The New Inn, Coleford

With a slight sense of déjà vu, The Tom Cobley Tavern have been awarded Regional Cider Pub Of The Year for 2024 and now once again go through to the national round of the competition. This is a truly fantastic achievement and we wish them well. Fingers crossed they do as well as they did last year!
