Formerly the Crown And Sceptre Inn, rebuild in 1964 following the disastrous fire in 1962 of the original thatched pub, on almost the same site. Floored with Rhodesian teak to resist stiletto heels and with natural oak and elm beams throughout. Authentic Italian food freshly prepared and cooked in their highly visible kitchen.
