The Dog and Donkey has one main bar, one "snug" and a large back room for the branch meeting and buffet as well as a beer garden.
It should also have at least 2 real ales on the day, typically Teignworthy Gun Dog and another e.g. Thirsty Blonde.
Knowle Village is located just off the bus route between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. The 157 bus service stops stops around 300 yards from the pub, whilst the 357 calls in at the village opposite the pub, via Budleigh Salterton on its return journey to Exmouth.

The buffet will comprise all of the following:
- A selection of sandwiches of tuna, egg mayo, cheese and ham.
These will also include cucumber, tomato and pickle with the fillings where appropriate.
- Roast potatoes.
- Pork Pies with pickles.
- Savoury Eggs.
- Cocktail sausages with Hoi sin sauce.
- Some vegetarian options.
- Mini quiches.

The cost for the above is £15 per head, payable on the day.

The pub needs to have a clear idea of numbers therefore, please contact Phil at ku.gro.armac.retexe@sbulc by Friday 7th August if you are intending to have the buffet. Please also advise if you have vegetarian, vegan or other dietary requirements or food allergies.

Branch Meeting
This will take place from 1pm in the back room. We will have exclusive use of this room until its conclusion.
The buffet will follow, and the back room area will be open to all.

Transport
For those who wish to come by car, there is limited parking outside the pub and in the village. The pub opens at 12 noon.

Bus Connections from Exmouth - Out
357 departs Exmouth Strand at 11:30, arrives approx. 12:10 at Knowle Garage (opposite the pub) via Budleigh Salterton Public Hall.
157 departs Exmouth Strand at 12:00, arrives approx. 12:15 at Knowle Village turn off. Then a short stroll to the pub.
Note: Some bus stop signs list the destination as 'Little Knowle'.

Bus Connections to Exmouth - Return
357 departs Knowle Garage 16:10, 17:10 or 18:10 (last bus), arrives Exmouth Strand at 16:42, 17:40 or 18:40. This service travels back via Budleigh Salterton town centre.
157 departs Knowle Village turn off approx 16:00, 17:00, 17:57, arrives Exmouth Strand 16:13, 17:13 or 18:12.
