Train (or bus) to Totnes to arrive by about 2pm.
The 13:25 train from St Davids arrives at 13:46 looks ideal.
Walk along to the Copperhead brewery taproom by 14:00 (opens from 12:00) Unit 4, Burke Road (in the industrial estate between the station and town).
Then on to The Albert Inn (opens 15:00 for the Sausage & Cider festival).
Back to Coronation Road bus stop for 16:03 Stagecoach Gold bus to Bittaford, arriving about 16:30 to visit the Horse & Groom . After, either bus back to Totnes, or bus to Ivybridge station and train home or even check pubs in Ivybridge.

Update 24/04/24:

Please note the train I am aiming to catch tomorrow from St.Davids is the 13.15 to Totnes (I put 13.25 on my last email by mistake). If you are also going to make the bus trip on to Bittaford it might be best to buy a return train ticket
