See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
Charming, recently refurbished, 16th-century rustic inn, located in the centre of the village. The pub is very popular with locals and passing trade, serving up to four real ales, and good-value home-cooked food in the bar and restaurant, everyday lunchtimes and evenings. There is a beer garden and courtyard, plus a large car park, and the pub is dog friendly. It is located on a National Trust Walking and Cycle trail.
