The Greyhound Inn is a friendly family run traditional, very distinctive, thatched Free House pub situated on the old A30 road between Exeter and Honiton. Known as The Greyhound in the 1960s it suffered major fire damage, before being rebuilt and renamed 'The Palomino Pony'. Reverting to its original name, it offers a warm cosy welcome in the winter, and in the warmer summer months you can relax in the beautiful beer garden. Good-value home-cooked food is served using local produce, where possible. On Sunday you can enjoy the popular carvery roasts and other main meals, available from noon to 3pm. Afternoon cream teas are available. Coaches are welcome. The pub welcomes well-behaved dogs and children. 10 comfortable en-suite rooms are available. The Greyhound caters for weddings at various times of the year.
