A traditional pub that has had many names over the years, and was badly gutted by fire. The pub was rebuilt and hence named the Phoenix. It has had several licensees since Covid and the current incumbent is offering 20% off all drinks Mon-Fri between Noon and 5PM. No prospect of cask ale.
