A large pub that is family friendly and community focused. On entering the bar is to your left, there is a large seating area to your right and restaurant area towards the rear. Also towards the rear is the entry to the large beer beer garden (some marquees with Sky TV showing major sporting events). Several darts and pool teams use the pub as a base. The landlord will occasionally have a BBQ on Bank Holiday weekends. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed and occasionally there is live music (check the website for details).
