Utopian Brewery opened Arcadia in March 2025 as their "taphouse". The bar has 4 handpumps for cask ales along with numerous taps and a large fridge full of Utopian canned beers. The downstairs layout has two large square wooden tables with bench seating and some smaller tables and chairs. Upstairs there are a few soft seating areas, but in general it is reminiscent of a German bierkeller with long wooden tables and bench seating.
